Cream cheese frosting

This is undoubtedly the best and easiest frosting for any kind of cake or cupcakes and goes well with almost all flavours! My version is super easy and full of flavour!


1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

How to make it
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese and butter(both softened at room temperature).
Beat them till they are light and fluffy. Now add in the sugar 1 spoon at a time and keep beating the frosting until all of the sugar is incorporated. Add in the vanilla and mix well.
Keep aside for 15 minutes and then use as desired!
