Vegetarian Fried Rice

This is possibly the easiest way to pretty up your boring steamed rice! Its nutritious, colourful, and packed with the goodness of fresh veggies!
I used to hate….simply hate chopping the vegetable for the rice…but then I discovered that I could use my chopping attachment on the hand blender to get pretty finely chopped veggies! Chop them into medium chunks and blitz for 10-20 seconds…voila…fine chopped veggies…super easy!
All you need to do is just toss in the sauces and the rice…and the rice are done! Super Yum!
PS: use good quality soy & chilli sauce! Makes a huge difference!

Steamed rice 2 cups( chilled)
1 cup finely chopped vegetables( onion, capsicum, carrots, french beans)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1- 2 tsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Salt to taste

How to make it
Heat the oil in a Chinese wok, add in the vegetables, sauté for 1 minute, add in the salt pepper and the sauces!
Sauté For another 30 seconds on high flame, add in the rice and toss around till mixed well!
Toss around slightly for 1-2 minutes.. Thats it!!!
Serve hot!!
