Eggless French Toast

As a child I use to absolutely love when my mom used to make hot spicy french toasts for breakfast! But ever since we guys stopped eating eggs.. I have longed to have french toasts and all the more, after I discovered that they can be had sweet as well… With a generous trickling of honey and sliced fruits!
This morning while prepping fir breakfast… I suddenly developed a craving for french toasts, and I just started putting stuff together that I thought might work well together!
And boy was I surprised.. The end result was a melt-in-the-mouth french toast that tasted just as good as the egg variant!
Give them a try, and yes they can be converted into a Vegan variant by simply substituting the milk with vanilla soy milk!
Do give them a try and yes they take just 10 minutes to make! Every bit worth your time
