Tomato Rosemary Focaccia

Its another variation of the Garlic Rosemary Focaccia recipe I posted few days back!
This one has sundried tomatoes kneaded into the dough, and the top has sliced fresh tomatoes, coarse ground pepper, salt and rosemary. Olive oil was generously sprinkled as well!
Once it was done I just grated some cheddar on top and baked it for 3 minutes!
We had this bread cut into small pieces hot from the oven with a cup of cappuccino… Perfect lunch!
I love the way the sundried tomatoes lend it a different dimension of flavour!
