Revisiting Childhood Memories with Masala Tadka Maggi

Come on …admit it… As a child even you loved having a bowl of Maggi in the evening, for lunch, for dinner, in your tiffin for school… Basically every kid loves Maggi as a kid! Its their ‘go to’ snack!
Well me & my sister were no different! What I used to absolutely love was the special Masala Tadka Maggi that out mom used to make! It used to be a special treat!
Its nothing fancy, yet it used to get us all excited as it used to take our favourite Maggi to an all new level and used to add that special kick to it!
Today I made it just the way my mother used to! Its super super easy, even the clumsiest of cooks can make this! And trust me it felt like we were having Maggi after years & it felt soo good!
Maggi is one form of ready to eat mixes that can be altered in numerous ways. You can add veggies, make it in Chinese style, add lots of cheese to it or make it in a South Indian style! I had once made Maggi Pakoda(fritters) as well, an they were good!
I share with you one of my favourite versions of Maggi!
