Chocolate Sauce/ Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Who doesn’t like a big spoonful of hot fudge on their sundaes? It tastes perfect on the pancakes and is great over a brownie with some vanilla icecream.
Chocolate sauce is one dish that every girl out there should know how to make. Its so versatile and it can instantly uplift a boring dish.
There are two versions for it and share below the traditional version. It will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days, thats assuming you don’t finish the batch in one go!

Chocolate Fudge Sauce

  • Servings: 4-6
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips ( chopped dark chocolate will do)
  • 1 tbsp sugar or 2 tbsp honey

How to make it
1.Combine the milk and cream and bring to boil in a pot.
2.Add the sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves.
3.Remove from heat and add the chocolate. Allow the chocolate to melt.
4.Once the chocolate melts, allow this sauce to simmer for 2 minutes.
Use as you wish. It thickens when cool, so reheat before use.
