Pizza is a popular Italian dish that has found likeness in all parts of the world. Its a versatile dish that has been adapted to suit local tastes and has undergone various re-inventions.
A bread pizza is no re-invention, its just a dish of convenience, for the times when you crave a pizza but do not have the time to make a pizza sauce or a pizza base.
It uses your regular bread slices and tomato sauce, and the way these two ingredients combine to give you a great meal is truly spectacular.
Bread Pizza is a favourite breakfast time dish at my home, but it goes just as perfectly for a kids school lunch, or as an evening time snack to accompany your cup of tea.
Its simple and quick, and really yummy. Trust me it just might become your “go-to” recipe for the times you want to impress your house guests with a lavish breakfast. Make them and share what toppings do you like on your pizza. And as they say “Pizza is…A Slice of Happiness!”, say hello to the day with the happiness and pizza!!
