Ever find yourself with left over boiled rice and wanna just jazz them up for a new meal!
One of my favourite ways to use leftover rice is by making super super easy and quick Lemon Rice! They are super yumm and my take on them omits the chana dal and peanuts that a few people add! I like them without a crunch!
Give them a try and I’m sure you will love them!
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- a pinch of Asafoetida / Hing
- 2 cup Boiled Rice
- juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt to taste
- Heat Oil in a pan.
- Add in all the ingredients to the oil and mix well.
- Serve Hot!
