Conversion Charts/ Measurements

Cooking is basically driven by your instincts, and especially when it comes to Indian cooking there is no exact science to how much of an ingredient needs to go into your dish, you can adjust it according to your tastes.

But when it comes to Baking, you absolutely cannot do without taking proper measurements, as even a teaspoon of excess or shortage of an ingredient can be the death of your dish!

Measurements can be a little intimidating, and can even scare a new cook. One does not need to panic. It’s best that you get yourself a good set of measuring cups and spoons which are readily available in the market today. If you are a frequent baker, they are well worth the investment!

Measurements generally refer to weights, liquid volume and temperature. Its easy to convert a ‘tsp’ into ‘ml’ , & the other way round!
